Refund policy

All sales are final, however if your print arrives damaged or there is a flaw in the printing, email a photo and your order number to contact@cristinapye.com and we will issue a replacement free of charge.

Please report damage within 2 weeks of receiving your damaged poster, otherwise we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.

If you need any help with your order due to wrong address, lost in transit orders, unclaimed returned orders or anything else, just send us an email at contact@cristinapye.com no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
